1.66 didn't modify the resource, so the 1.63 package still works. If you'd like to remove other effects in addition to the mosaic, I have now released a tool to create your own no effects mod. It's available. It's also useful if you don't have the latest version and can't find a No Mosaic for your version. This mod removes the simcensorfx effect that pixelates nudity in the game. It doesn't require any of the expansion packs to work.
