Hi, it seems as if your game is conflicting with “Games for Windows live”. Games for windows live is a old, say gaming network built for Windows Vista and 7. With it players could share achievement and chat to players. Quite similar to the Xbox live service, but built for Windows. This has been discontinued a long time ago. It seems as if you have upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7.
What I think is happening is the game is trying to connect to the discontinued service and it can't. After a few minutes of digging around on the Microsoft forums I have found this: All you should need to do is delete the Games for Windows Live program.
